2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily use Map2Maps for personal, non-commercial purposes. This includes:

• Creating and editing custom maps
• Saving maps to your account
• Sharing maps via public links
• Exporting map data

3. Account Terms

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for:

• All activities that occur under your account or password
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Subscription Plans

Map2Maps offers both free and paid subscription plans. Free accounts have limitations on the number of maps you can create. Paid subscriptions provide unlimited maps and additional features.

• Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually based on your selection
• You can cancel your subscription at any time
• Upon cancellation, you will retain access until the end of your billing period

5. User Content

You retain all rights to the maps and data you create using Map2Maps. By using our service, you grant us:

• The right to store and display your maps on our servers
• The right to make public maps available to other users who have the share link

6. Prohibited Uses

You may not use Map2Maps to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Upload malicious code or attempt to compromise the service
• Harass, abuse, or harm others
• Spam or send unsolicited messages through our platform
• Attempt to access other users' accounts or data without permission
• Use automated systems to access the service without authorization

7. Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable service, but we do not guarantee that Map2Maps will be:

• Available at all times without interruption
• Error-free or free of viruses or other harmful components
• Completely secure or immune to unauthorized access

8. Data Backup

While we regularly backup our systems, you are responsible for maintaining your own backups of important map data. We recommend regularly exporting your maps.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the service immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms of Service.

10. Limitation of Liability

Map2Maps shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, or other intangible losses.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through the service.
